Anyone can coordinate directly to higher management.

Dislikes

1. Company policies are not employee friendly. 2. Management are not experienced enough to get company to be organised one. 3. Salary structure is not very satisfying. 4. Lots of commitment for employees but practically it does not fulfilled.

Work Details

Since KINLONG has various products line, employees can learn about many products. Since it was not an organised company, some time it was very frustrating for employees to work there.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
