It brought best out of me thanks for the consultants from other departments, for which I was able to interact with them and actually learned Nuances of Radiology reporting from Non-radiology consultants. There used to be good amount of case discussion. Another good thing was independence.

There is disconnect between you and CEO or his management team, because decision making of radiology dept lies with a person. Humongous workload and understaffed. Directors in radiology aren't committed to the reporting so whole work falls on us. They have no policy for emergency reporting even they don't pay us for that. Also discrimination in emergency roster. Too many calls from RMO for emergency reporting. Guess what they have continuous 10days a month emergency roster.. It's inhumane. No incentives.
