The college is in a nice environment. Colleagues are friendly.pick up and drop facility is available(though it's payable).work pressure is o.k . holidays are there.

Dislikes

Communication problem is a huge problem.if by chance college bus gets missed reaching college gets too difficult. Politics is rampant among the authority. Salary is too low. And the most important thing is if notified in the notice period that the employee is leaving the job make sure you won't be paid the salary of the last month.

I like to teach, in that point of view, it was a good experience. I got space to use my own methods and techniques, and had chance to improve myself.
