My experience with kings gas was extremely disappointing. The work culture was toxic, with a complete lack of professionalism and respect among colleagues. There was no clear structure or systematic approach to task leading to constant confusion and efficiency. The hierarchy was dysfunctional, with unclear roles and authority, and office politics were rampant. It often felt like the focus was more on Power games than actual work, which made it difficult to feel motivated or valued. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
