I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

For the years that I have served Kings Mills Incorporated I have gained experience and knowledge about the machines and its operations. But the most important of them all is the brotherhood, even that we have different views in life, but when it comes to our work we are one.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

When the company lessens the number of working days and no replacement for the retirees. So in the end we sometimes operate 2 machines in 1 shift. But I don't have any regrets with that because it boosted my strength and confidence.

Everyday is a different story, for me its great and its reminiscing.
