Just like govt office timings and leaves..no PF no bonus.. Work culture is good. But in terms of salary increment there was much challenges.. No yearly increment.

Good environment, Job gives satisfaction working with doctors and medical faculty and working for the people especially the patients. it gives a high sense of satisfaction. it also helps a great deal in exposure to many new areas with hands on training and conferences. its a honor to work with the Microbiology lab team members who are always supportive.
