They allow every staff to perform mandatory test before the shifts so that we take care of ourselves as well as pts, to prevent cross infection

Many times without any reason some staffs were quarantined Nd there was shortage of staffs including paramedical work force. There were too many staffs at the screening areas were they were simply sitting with their mobiles Nd in the units staffs Nd pts suffered because of inadequate time Nd care.we gave too much focus on covid hence the other pts were not given sufficient attention that they deserved...Read More

It’s ok although our salary is less compared to many high level tertiary hospitals when we work so hard nd maintain the standards in nursing, Nd since the inflation is increasing day by day we expect that our pay should also increase

Job Security. The hospital did an excellent job dealing with COVID 19. Also roll they have been really generous supporting their employees during this era even if they were stranded in their home countries and couldn’t join back timely as planned
