With reference to above I would like to tell you that I left this company long ago, Now I work with PSU 🏦 . So don't know about kinetic taigene electrical co.Pvt.ltd. how they help thire employee's.hope they are good.

The basic thing is how stator motor is make by assembly of each equipment like yoke, armature, brush. Here Honda ,Hero, Piago motors are making
