Working culture and management is good.

Dislikes

This company did not care about workers and no any single policy like ESI,PF,medical insurance.and they doesn't address our issues and machine problem they are simply selling the machines.

Good working environment and culture.company policies are good,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike per year and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lots of work ristriction and management does not address our issues.salary is good but I think our technical knowledge growth is slow..

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
