Won't be getting out of work correctly.we have to work atleast one hour every day with out overtime salary.wont be getting any appreciation.worst management. One of the best organization. Good multi-speciality hospital. Excellent patient care hospital. Skills and learning and development Zone . Most trusted treatment going on in this institute. Finally excellent.

Some times taking late discharge to patients. Due to heavy foot fall patient attenders are feeling hungry at the time of using lifts.

The most lowest salary in the Hyderabad. Specialy according to other NABH Hospital. The Hostel is worst in situation. They keep Male nurse at bacement. Too much pressure in Hospital as a nurse. But till they will give lowest salary.

Billing team neeti mam has so supportive and HR Ganga mam also so supportive besides that they only employed but the doctors wave major ego problem and don't want admiration inclusion in operations

Without a proper reason, at Kim's hospital management is waste and worst why because of they are encouraging only not working employees only, they could not encouraging hard working employees in work environmental area , expesially operations GM AND HR GM WAS not good.

Increment rules , according to kims rules, increment will get on April to April, but increment amount will credit in the month of September, I resigned in the month of July and my last working day is 5 /09/2024 and I' didn't got any increment in the year of 2024, I thought this is not good. Thank you

If we work in a hospital, we learn a lot about customer support and customer satisfaction. We'll get some Off in surgeries and medication.

Dislikes

Pays are not good. If you work there, you will be a middle class member.. you can't even move to upper middle-class. Avg salary for all front office department are 15K.
