Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The most lowest salary in the Hyderabad. Specialy according to other NABH Hospital. The Hostel is worst in situation. They keep Male nurse at bacement. Too much pressure in Hospital as a nurse. But till they will give lowest salary.

Billing team neeti mam has so supportive and HR Ganga mam also so supportive besides that they only employed but the doctors wave major ego problem and don't want admiration inclusion in operations

Without a proper reason, at Kim's hospital management is waste and worst why because of they are encouraging only not working employees only, they could not encouraging hard working employees in work environmental area , expesially operations GM AND HR GM WAS not good.

I worked in the department of CTICU , l learned lots of things from incharge sis Vijaya Nirmal and senior ctot technician praveen Special' thanks to both of them ,

Increment rules , according to kims rules, increment will get on April to April, but increment amount will credit in the month of September, I resigned in the month of July and my last working day is 5 /09/2024 and I' didn't got any increment in the year of 2024, I thought this is not good. Thank you

If we work in a hospital, we learn a lot about customer support and customer satisfaction. We'll get some Off in surgeries and medication.

Dislikes

Pays are not good. If you work there, you will be a middle class member.. you can't even move to upper middle-class. Avg salary for all front office department are 15K.
