Having been a part of the company for the past three years, I can assert that my experience has been largely positive. The nature of projects is challenging and provides numerous learning opportunities. The leadership team is supportive and forward-thinking, cultivating an environment of trust.

Dislikes

Work hours of 8hrs 30 min is exhausting for the software engineer and not as per industry standard. Some of the processes need to be improved which makes working too complicated and hinders organization growth. Employee benefit policy has to be improved a lot because of which most of the people seems to leave the company.

One of the best thing about Kilowott is the work/office culture. Everyone enjoys doing there work and always helpful if you are in need. They also have permanent work form home job roles and its amazing. There are a lot of technologies to work with and they always put employees preferences on top. Overall a great environment to work in.

Only one thing I would like to see is there should be more benefits for an employee especially if someone is really putting their efforts because in that way the employee will be more enthusiastic towards their work.

I've experienced a blend of innovation, collaboration and growth at Kilowott, got the freedom and time to learn and understand from my managers and also good breathing room to make mistakes with which I've improved my work and have become very quick and efficient with it. Excellent HR team who listen to suggestions and opinions with an open mind.

Dislikes

Some employees try to micromanage you so, make sure you have your boundries within and outside the workplace. The work hours are 8 and a half hours which is not according to industry standards.
