Dislikes

There's honestly not much I dislike about working at Ulipsu. If I had to mention something it might be the occasional challenge of managing a heavy workload during busy periods. However, that's more about the nature of the work. Overall, my experience here has been overwhelmingly positive.

This has been a great place to work as people are open to patiently listen to ideas of employees and team members. There is enough autonomy to try new ideas to put in place. Also, there is a recognition for the work being done.
