There’s nothing to like as such because they don’t have a working structure every week they change their process, roles and responsibilities are not clear people are forced to do everyone’s work.

Dislikes

Everything to be precise! Salary is low, promotion is way too low, there are associates working for 4 years on the same role with 5% salary increment. There’s no work satisfaction as clients are always in trouble.

Dislikes

Unnecessary/unwanted communication and involvement by the management. Senseless questioning on chat groups or on floor creating insulting atmosphere and an unprofessional conduct. Autocratic decision making and then blame the people down below for the failure. Too much of micromanaging on silliest of things and encouraging gossips.
