Literally almost everything else. Toxic work culture. Bad management team. Uncooperative HR. Extremely rude co-founder. Mismanagement of the Operations team. Lowest compensation possible. Undue penalties are deducted without reason. Reason why the company went down under within 2 years.

I liked the kids and the way I managed teaching by enjoying with them

The etiquette was never followed. Salaries weren’t paid as promised. They were removed for months without any notification. When asked about non payment or untold reductions, they ignored it and asked us to leave the company if we are not happy with the lesser pay. By this, a lot of trainers had to leave without received the money we deserved. You get to work according to your time preference. You can work anytime. Team is really supportive but sometimes you don't get the proper response on time which is fine because they have so many employees. There are benefits like bonus and sometime achievement activities also. I had a fun time working there.

Dislikes

Some members of the team are rude and try to manipulate you so you have to be really witty out there. Most of the time they try to put penalty on you for no reasons and then blame you. Apart from this, everything is cool with the company.

My job life at this place was really nice. I had freedom to work acc to my timings. Team was supportive but sometimes rude too. Got to meet alot of new people and sudents. Those students are like my friends now. I got to learn how you can hand
