It feels like the owner of company is TL and some other seniors they will shout on you sometime for nothing and sometimes on small mistakes in interview they tell they will cut 25 percent pf 12 percent your and 13 percent for contractors and their is no cleaning in bathrooms and cafeteria and food is worst quality and they say in interview that you get 45 min for lunch and 45 min for tea break but if you really try to take your 45 min then tl and atl and some feeders have rights to scold you and even make you stand and humilate you in front of everyone tl don't even know how to create their team plans their is lot more but i think it's useless to say one last thing in interview they tell you that work start at 8:35 am but when you arrive and punch at 8:32am you are 12 min late by tl understanding because they say it doesn't matter what HR tells you they have different rules when you come to work they want you in your work place at 8:20 am it doesn't matter if their is traffic or other problems and if you are late they deduct your half day salary even if you are 1 min late...Read More

Be it any urgent work, paper, wedding or anything at home, you will not get leave from the company.That's why I resigned. I needed leave and was not given it. There is a senior sir in quality, Vijay Parihar, he did not give me leave.
