Salary increment after 1.5 year and increament amt standard 2k to 4k without system any no metter of annual package. 2. Salary deduction of you late 10 month on monthly average 8.40 hr then per 10 mint 1 days salary salary deduction applicable like if you late 30 mint on monthly average then 3 days salary will be deducted.

Dislikes

1. Salary deduction rule is like Hitler 2. Increament system is very bad 3. No any employee benifit like no medical insurance 4. And no piknik plans 5. All employees are working like labourers at khushboo scientific Pvt Ltd

Got to learn so much from this place. Dedicated and disciplined people will love this workplace. The faculty are very supportive and they truly listen to our problems. Office location is excellent, overall a very good place to work and learn.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about it, but if you stay far away from the office location then it might be difficult for you to travel, if you are used to it, then it is a really good place to work.

Everything. Boss. And their HR... VERY USELESS. Never gives leaves. Every time asks you to work... If someone dies in your home still they will ask you to come half day. Most chindhi management. Both owner. No hr policy. No benifits
