First I think it's a company but after I involved in the company it's a family.Everyone is so close that they didn't show their superiority even they have many years of experience. Overall Khazana is a good platform for anyone to their careers.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high sometimes,leave parameter is not satisfied we have to adjust the leaves with our colleagues. Tired of routine sales industry, I want to change the field . That's the reason I quit the company.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
