Let’s discussed the situation: HR Head who used to be someone with no intellectual bandwidth and negative backbone has been now fired (some say, it’s her well deserved prize), who will employ her now?, And HR Ops head fired, Talent head fired, don’t know who is left (may be couple junior & afraid HR managers reporting to founder, they are also searching jobs). Now, Support Head Fired, Support Head Fired, Entire engineering team fired alone with product head. Only some special crypto experts left who can turn around the 3.5 Cr package (mostly invested in crypto) of Mr Rishabhhh. Oh sorry this was package before being promoted as founder, so less now. This is one man company of Rishabh Gupta. He has destroyed the culture of company. Several senior leads and his direct reports have resigned in past 2-3 years. HR head licks his boots everyday, with no brains. CEO smokes Ganza and comes to only town halls. Pathetic company to work in. Come only for few months for negotiation of salaries and leave.
