Might be no one trust on my review but actually it is 200% true . Hierarchy culture can't recognise by your talent ,no HR policy you have to work on weekends public holidays just like 365 days if you take leave loss of pay along with zero tolerance policy implies on you that means you might be fired. There's is one lady went for natural call guess what she's fired in next minutes.

Let’s discussed the situation: HR Head who used to be someone with no intellectual bandwidth and negative backbone has been now fired (some say, it’s her well deserved prize), who will employ her now?, And HR Ops head fired, Talent head fired, don’t know who is left (may be couple junior & afraid HR managers reporting to founder, they are also searching jobs). Now, Support Head Fired, Support Head Fired, Entire engineering team fired alone with product head. This is one man company of Rishabh Gupta. He has destroyed the culture of company. Several senior leads and his direct reports have resigned in past 2-3 years. HR head licks his boots everyday, with no brains. CEO smokes Ganza and comes to only town halls. Pathetic company to work in. Come only for few months for negotiation of salaries and leave.

Credit is the worst place to start, rest all the departments are good atleast the toxicity is less. Few worth mentioning heads are Sachin and Gopal. Sachin is one headlong person whereas Gopal doesn't know how to speak. There are other pain in the as worth mentioning are Yash who is such a nonsense person and Harshit god such a useless incapable of anything.
