Company ka atmosphere very bad...very negative vibe. Wha ke office boy bhi aise hai jaise wo chla rhe co. Ko and no job security no no respect of employees.director are executive but there role responsibility are non executive director....MD are very bad person. No one care about employees security and respect everyone are like this they handle the company but no SOP no HR rule..HR department are also very bad....and every month salary no credited in your bank account they are two two month late salary and no one finalize account and management...Read More

The company is at Growing stage right now and they are very aggressive about it and surely will achive in short time. Management is helping and keeps eye on every activity which is good for employees growth and work. Staff are coperative but some staff is there who had a bad habit of working on single profile and saying that "In previous company yeh mera kam nhi tha lekin yaha toh sab karna padta hai". See if we are woking with a growing company then things are to be done mutually and with understanding and for that also company is paying a good hike in salary as long as you serve. The person who is willing to work in this fashion is most appreciated by the company and its is given in the form salary hike. Job security is too good and a person who want to settle down permanently with a company this is right place to hold on.
