Likes

Had a wonderful exposure with KGISL. I would like to highlight the work culture, I felt I was still in college. And professionally I have improved my language skills and my communication skills. Overall it was such a great experience.

Dislikes

There was no change of shifts, for about 1.6 years I was on Graveyard shifts.

Work Details

Amazing

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
