The managment doens't care what the empolyees at ground level are feeling about the organization. For any issue in processing they ask to maintain data in Excel sheet which is of no use the Excel maintained data is naver use to solve problems. I don't like this company. Because they are looking like a maid. Usually we are working for putting efforts. They did not recongnize. Some managers like look like devils. I don't like such persons. Mentalty.

Company culture is too bad and in my 12 years experience this is the company where I have not seen any hierarchy and people are coming in slippers no rules and nothing company environment is not hygenic and not satisfied.

I don't like there's one' department CRMF Everyone don't go, very bad 😔 department, there's no holiday every weekend you have to upload credit there's no time is working you have to login morning 7 o clock to evening 8.9 pm
