Better to shuffle employees in every 3 or 5 years irrespective of their role including unit head. Here 90% of employees sticked with the same team/unit/ process for a long period.

Organization is Good ,but the managers in Axismf especially suddavanda Raghu and Suresh Narva are in efficient candidate.they required a script writer for email writing and Complaint resolution. They simply copy paste the as per the script writing

For any issue in processing they ask to maintain data in Excel sheet which is of no use the Excel maintained data is naver use to solve problems.
