Seniors, managers and above level persons will play more politics. They won’t see how much you are working, they just encourage whoever they want to be. This is very bad.

For any issue in processing they ask to maintain data in Excel sheet which is of no use the Excel maintained data is naver use to solve problems. I don't like there's one' department CRMF Everyone don't go, very bad 😔 department, there's no holiday every weekend you have to upload credit there's no time is working you have to login morning 7 o clock to evening 8.9 pm
