There is no growth here, I know many people who are working from 10 years 15 years and 20 years they are stucked on their designation & packages even after having good knowledge about the process & everything they haven't get any pramotion & hike. And HR policy is ok but the way they treat you at the time of exiting is unexpectable if I had any query or anything to ask no one has to answer. Just for saying they give you their contacts that's it, also they hold your salary more than 100 days while notice period is for 2 months(60 days must) only. Even if you visit to your office they just make you fool, they would say this is our HR policy, you have to wait for 3 and a half month for getting your salary with final settlement but as per our offer letter there's nothing like anything they have mentioned in it....Read More

For any issue in processing they ask to maintain data in Excel sheet which is of no use the Excel maintained data is naver use to solve problems.
