Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

My team mates are good have enough talent and will help at everytime. Worst work life balance sometimes you feel hectic because of work load and pressure even for small mistakes you will treated like dog. More politics people will be having good hike and opportunities only who plays mind game but not genuine. Training is good job security you can't guess it's on your performance and behaviour. Salary hike is also politics, work environment is worst only good at sometimes. You can learning nothing if you are at one team process. Innovation I say they don't know the meaning of it. It's the same corporate who is greedy for money. For employees they should be working like hell for benefits and no proper recognition for everyone not treated equally....Read More
