Great work where you will be solving new challenges. Also the entire work culture is great where teamwork is given utmost priority. Talking about job security, there was zero lay off even in covid times with no pay cut for people at junior and moderately senior level.

Dislikes

Sometimes the technology you work on can become monotonous but that can always be worked out by discussing it with your manager. Another negative aspect is the lack of documentation which sometimes is difficult for newbies.

GBS BO team is following its own culture which is pathetic. Micromanagement in GBS BO team only. No hike from 2022. Working hour is strict only in GBS BO Forced to come to office for work.

I worked in Keysight Technologies for 4 years in accounts payable department Working in hybrid mode. Good work and provide great opportunities to learn Near to metro and near by location is good. 90% staff work in Indian timings 8 to 4 and you get maximum every Indian holiday. Management is flexible if you need during personal issues. They give to good hike as new joiner

Work load is very huge and mostly non manageable Yearly increment for most staff in AP is upto 5% and can also be zero. There is no time duration or eligibility for promotion. Few may get promoted within a year and rest might never get promoted even 8 years

There are good learning opportunities if are part of RND team , If are in PQA team there is no such things like learning or growth .

If you got a opportunity in the PQA team under @jA! please ignore and avoid that team is fake team for doing garbage work that too with lot of politics and partiality ,so just avoid.
