I dislike my.manager as he is rude, does not respect team, does not promote work life balance and thinks of everything and everyone as a joke, always harasses and embarasses employees in front of whole team, always give imaginary timelines like do 2 weeks worth of work in just 2 days and if done then also he insults and still writesonly negative reviews and present them the same way in front of superiors thus, degrading overall team members image. He even tried to divide the team and seperate the people who can work on his commands and can work 24/7 like labours and do everything just 100% perfect with no excuses.
