There is nothing to like about this company.No job security is there as senior people who have been working for 5-7 yeas are still in that same position.No individual growth is there.The mangement is very weak and company policies are not at all good for entry level employees.Senior people with no qualities will not let you grow as an individual even if you are a performer as they are saving there respective jobs whereas the company needs young brains to grow.Salary standards are very poor....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
