the company only exploits its trainees and is running on the manpower of the trainees itself and keep the people trainees only so that they can cut cost and do more profit..worst is the politics played there by the departmental members

Upper management makes rash and wrong calculated decisions, work environment is toxic. Babu culture, no growth. Company holds incentive and daily allowances. Not recommended for youngsters, nothing to learn. Only undercut. No holidays, sometimes sunday working.

Nothing to like here...i have to forced to resign within 2 months. Asm Is not good and Tsm also. All powers on Asm becoz he is fooling this organization from last 20 years....Every year they recruit new candidates and fired them, when there seasons end.

Worst department of this company is the HR deptt. It sits in the laps of managers, no HR compliance policy at all. Managers in Jharkhand make people resign via snatching employees phones and sending resignation mails. They commonly use phrases like - paper dal do on even smallest issue. Meanwhile HR is already aware and they enjoy these scenarios as well.
