No team support, insecure job environment, filthy politics, uncertain career, imbalanced Culture of work, biased and demotivational superior especially in the hyd team

Work Details

At times its good but most of the times it is boaring, un supported and always one man show. No team support and criticism come after all my efforts are put in and best possible results are achieved.
