I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Todic work culture. No team support. Lots of vacstabbing and how to pull a team member down, only this goes on. Nothing new to learn. Only people who are there from a long tome and are very old get the benefits. Otherwise no promotion, no increament, no holidays and lots of politics

The only good thing is job security.. If you are doing your job, you can stay there for years.

Dislikes

There's an unspoken bias. There is kind of a lobby and few people who are there in the system for long are getting regular promotions and perks. Personal relationships come in the way and there are ample such cases. Work life balance is terrible and there is zero appreciation...when it comes to money, then expect to stay poor.
