This is my first job and its been almost 2yrs here and the experience has been great and will continue to be grate.The staff is supportive and friendly. ... The work atmosphere at Kesari is very family-like and amicable.in this lockdown many people enjoying and spend time for they family and some people get scare they not meet anyone So Kesari can provide different experience packages for family or to meet they friends and enjoy small tours package s. We understand Kesari is big loss in that understanded our problems and paid some amount thankyou so much to MDO.... Now every guest is free we can talk to them and make them understand the situation and who don't know Kesari we can give them chance to know about our packages And company. ... being at home every one mentally disturbed so every one plan tours soon .... The people over here are good in nature also they are very supportive. Also the company has a good brand name.

The Managing Director needs to meet a psycologist also the company working culture needs to be improved. The management has very unrealistic ideas and will not listen to your opinions. There is no personal as well as salary growth. I would recommend you not to join this company, but still if you want to join a toxic work environment and spoil your mental health and career, you may proceed.
