This is my first job and its been almost 2yrs here and the experience has been great and will continue to be grate.The staff is supportive and friendly. ... The work atmosphere at Kesari is very family-like and amicable.in this lockdown many people enjoying and spend time for they family and some people get scare they not meet anyone So Kesari can provide different experience packages for family or to meet they friends and enjoy small tours package s. We understand Kesari is big loss in that understanded our problems and paid some amount thankyou so much to MDO.... Now every guest is free we can talk to them and make them understand the situation and who don't know Kesari we can give them chance to know about our packages And company. ... being at home every one mentally disturbed so every one plan tours soon .... In lockdown which give amount it's really usedfull so give some amount to staff who facing more problems ....we got mail to see other work .... No work tension, can balance both personal n work life at a same time no much salary can't expect both financial and career growth.

Poor work culture, company didn't sustained employees during covid and not paid salary , company always try to cheat on settling FNF they don't respond who leave the job. Totally it's worst place to work people who look for financial and career growth but who can work for timepass can choose this company.

It is, no doubt, the BEST travel company for family group tours. It’s more of a service than business. The management is always stressing on the point that customer is god. Everyone is trained to think of the guests as family and not someone with whom you are doing a business transaction. They conduct sessions to train everyone to be aligned to this DNA of the company. But the best part about working in kesari were the guests and their feedbacks. It’s amazing to see people go head over heels for Kesari once they are back from the tour....Read More

Since it’s a family run organisation, things are not laid out well. Promotions demotions debits and credits are all in the hands of the management and those who are pets to the management get good returns. Hierarchy is missing and not in a good way. This causes a lot of unnecessary politics.
