1) No work life balance 2) If you came in morning shift you have no choice to go home on time, you have to stay here for 12 hrs minimum that too without any OT or comp. off. 3) Mentally harassment on the name of safety. 4) Operators are treated like god, no accountability. 5) HR department focus on leaving on time, they have nothingto do with the oversitting staff. 6) No manpower to work, production department forced to meet the deadline without manpower. 7) No assessment on NVA activities of production staff, management just giving more and more work. 8) No focus on reducing the paperwork, for every error there is only one solution - Fill the paper. 9) Nothing for skill development, no external trainings. 10) Food is worst, top management avoids having lunch and bring their home made food in office....Read More
