Some of the workers always said that their remuneration is low but it is not true. They are said that the salary to compare the salary of others salary. This is mainly said that the daily wages workers. For example a daily wages worker is get a monthly remuneration is Rs.18125(Rs.725 x25 days). But a manager can get a salary of Rs.75000. Therfore they have said that a different of RS.56875. They will understand the difference between their positions ....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
