Awezome।। I am in field from last 17 yrs and in kent RO system from Last 4 months, It's a family who serve 100 %pure drinking water to human life and it's not a company it's like a family who guide us how to learn and deliver service in field so thanks to Kent we are a family।।

The only good thing in this company is flexible timing.

Dislikes

Salary came in time but TA is limited and always come late. Incentive system is very poor. Company culture and policies are literally very poor. The work pressure is very high. ASM which is hired in Jophpur location is really illeterate, doesnt know difference in between sales and marketing. They didnt take my suggestions and always trying to show me down.
