First of all please don't get impressed by looking at KENT building. I used to work in GST department which is part of Account Department in KENT. The behaviour of HOD is very rude, uncooperative and abusive. I used to stay in office from 09:00 am to 8:00 pm. Only those who appointed for GST department have to work 11:00 hour a day rest of the Account staff left office at 05:30 pm. Around 9 employees from Account department left the KENT during my six month tenure. You are not allowed to take more than two consecutive leaves. Three late coming are allowed as per company policy but Accounts HOD don't allow even one late coming which results salary deduction. Account HOD recruits extra employees for backup so that he can terminate any employee without affecting the GST return work. Job security is zero in KENT....Read More

I used to look after GST compliance of KENT. Account HoD wants us (whole GST team) to work for 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Account HoD use abusive language while talking to junior. None of the GST team member are allowed to leave office without taking permission of HoD. The boss is quite terrible. They say one thing but do something else. They always make it seem like they are doing you a favor. They never truly support you—unless you agree with everything they say. If you ever dare to speak up, they won’t hesitate to show you the way out.

This is bad behaviour all senior like RM abuse speak all executive and not salary given my last 3 months may 2024 my joining and last August 2024 salary not pay Kent RO company RM name is jeetender chawal and my senior jatin manglani also discuss this case but not any information given to me

The Head office located in Delhi is great place to work. But in Mumbai office the General Manager is not good human being and has very negetive mind set. Misbehaving with staff on daily basis

Good place to work but only in other departments those not come under the General Manager - Shailesh Nayak. He has a very pathetic Leader.
