With the advent of so called inclusivity and diversity, real talents are ignored. There is no scope for skill development. People in the leadership keep on talking about skill development. And if one develops the new skills, they dont have anything for you to work on and apply those skills. Kellogg's South RSM is obnoxious. He mostly works based on his mood. When his mood is not good, he will torture everyone. His thought process is great, but he is not at all a people manager. He is more like a sadist who enjoys tormenting others. In the past year, more than 20 people have resigned from Kellogg's. The company should have the courage to replace him to restore the company culture.
