Superiors guided me well in boosting my confidence, acquiring new skills with various opportunities to go abroad for new projects and learning’s. Have received a lot of cooperation from my teammates. Have never worked in a Company as busy as Keihin Fie. Various training programs are conducted which boost the required skill and motivation of an employee.

Dislikes

Work-life balance could be a question as there Is always busy working hours and the work load presently is more. Salary-benefits is decent, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation comments and emails but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.

I interpret and translate for my Japanese plant head. It starts off with morning meetings, shop-floor rounds,prep MOM’s in mtg. I manage Japanese’s travel calendar, booking travel tickets for them. These r Grt learng exp. as I work closely with Jpnese

I joined this organization as apprentice training . The learning opportunity is very high in this organization , provided other useful training from high professional trainer. Top management involved in analysing. Work life balance is satisfied because vehicle facility also have we reach our native within 10 min. I feel proud to working in this organization.
