Company is old and good,company policies are good and need improvement appraisals are dependent on the company Profit, decent salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Lot of politics , and middle management is not adress the employees and solve the issues ,salary is very less increment and decent career growth,frequent transfers , and shifting from one department to other departments is frequent where we list intrest in working. middle management is not good,notice period is 3 months,they will show hell after resign. Employee insurance is very less, the middle management not give much preference for the development of skilled employee,HR system is not enough to recognise the employees strength ....Read More
