Only likes is for Job Security, but it is also not secure now. Basically I am talking for Railway SBU. Top management favours some people and they're like the last word.

Now a days KEC Railway SBU is going towards a very bad phase. Team selection is very poor. HR teams working is not upto the mark. They promotes them who are very close to the management.

The work culture is very good. It feels good to work here. Every team is very supportive and the staff is also very supportive.

Here, once someone gets a rating, he will always get a good rating. Whether he works or not. You are doing a very good job.
