1.Worst company ever.Growth and work life balance is absolutely zero especially to site officers. 2. I worked in 3 to 4 projects and i have seen many people who are not promoted from last 8 to 10 years. Even my friend got promoted to O2 in 2018 even he works from 13 years. 3. If i talk about me i worked really hard in 4 projects especially at the time of testing, during field work whether it is Founation,Erection,Stringing,Spare tower work,Earthing work etc.Neither work is repected nor my saying especially when performance time is there when HR talks to you. 4. Mostly FTA-HRA are not given in time and it takes immense challenge when you buy something in respect to the work and the commercial officer says at this time no money is there i will give you next month....Read More
