I am working in site about 12 hours per day and extra ours if required including Sunday's without over duty pay and rest. We are happy that there is one benefit from above mentioned problems

At present KEC needs only work dnt focus on employees satisfaction.

Office Management decides self that staff releasing or transferring from site without any knowledge or discussion of site working team..Even they didn't know the whoose persons on site is best for site work..

Salaries are on time, perks and benefits are great, they have set up an entire learning platform which is really nice. It's just that we don't get time to learn something on that platform because we are working day n night.

Well I don't really know about the entire company but the site where I work is absolutely mentally exhausting. Work culture is very poor and all the employees feel stressed and burnt out. It's all because of the people who have taken up the leadership roles in the company. They treat employees as they own them, wanting them to work 24 X 7. Only that it's like a safe company, no one will make you leave even after you do very badly

HR policies are the worst. If you resign complete the notice period and ask for full and final they will say you have not attended the office and are absconding and will not pay you the dues.

KEC Culture pillars are just a fuss. One needs to suck up hard to get his way through Hardwork is not appreciated for people who do not suck up

In Same grade payscale having huge difference. Management is very weak about recruiting and organisational chart is very poor, keeping only managers are not going to help in the site progress, Supervisor and foremans are also required at Construction site. Setting always impossible target by the planning team, donot have any field experience, but having more power and package. Need to throw them out first if the company want project profit. Getting Humiliation by the team as well as from client for that impossible targets (doing back calculation only) setted by planning manager. No support from Higher management or coordinator after addressing the issues. Only buttering and false commitments is happening at this particular site. Otherwise all things are good in this company. For company I have only good views only. But for some peoples only company is losing its fame....Read More
