Our CEO, a visionary and fatherly figure, has been key to the company’s success and growth, and any suggestion otherwise reflects more on your own poor judgment than on his leadership. If you had genuine concerns, professionalism would dictate addressing them constructively, not resorting to disrespect. In your case, despite our efforts and the support extended during the PIP process, we were unable to see the improvement required for the role. As a result, we had to make the difficult decision to part ways, which is always a last resort for us. We truly wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
