In your case, despite our efforts and the support extended during the PIP process, we were unable to see the improvement required for the role. As a result, we had to make the difficult decision to part ways, which is always a last resort for us. We truly wish you the very best in your future endeavors.

Posting grievances publicly without engaging in our internal processes reflects poorly and suggests motives beyond constructive feedback.
