Good infrastructure with big campus and scope for development

Dislikes

Working environment and protocalls not in place, professionalism and understanding need to be worked upon, pay scales to be reworked, more training avenues and exposure to teachers and Principals suggested

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
