There is nothing to hate or dislike in this company as I found another family with good-hearted people and lovely work environment than a different company. Yes, we do face some challenges while working but our superiors are so humble to resolve the issue 😊

Well everything actually. They deduct salary on getting late by even a minute. The senior management has absolutely no clarity of vision n misuse the word strategy as they are highly reactive n do not give any plan enough time to work or fail. There is no job security n has an extremely negative working environment. The HR head is the biggest gossip monger among all others involved in office politics.
