Career growth seems to be stopped after a certain period of time i.e two years, Also you will not get any time for yourself.Work life balance needs to be addressed by the policy modification and giving more leaves.

I was looking after the production quality and inline inspection in all the departments of production including closing department to packing department. I also started to do internal AQL in the company.
